Meet with a Start your journey in just 5 minutes. Applying for prequalification is free, commitment-free, and won’t affect your credit score.
2. Find Your Dream Home
Working within your monthly budget you can select from a range of qualifying homes on the market. Choose to work with your own real estate agent or find one a Jordahl Custom Homes Representative.
3. Secure Unit
Secure the unit & move-in date with one month’s payment + fees if applicable. At the time of Lease, you Lock in the Lease rate for a two or three-year period and purchase Price when you buy.
4. Move IN
And Watch the Savings GROW into a downpayment.
Move in and make it your own. Your monthly payment includes built-in savings accumulating over time, becoming your future down payment. (Our program is designed to make you mortgage-eligible within 2-3 years.)
5. Flexibility to Buy Or Save
When the time is right, you can purchase your home anytime throughout the lease period. Have a change of plans? You can also move out early just need a 60-day full-month notice.
