Whether you are working with a Realtor or you would prefer to work directly with our in-house sales team, we will make sure you are educated and guided throughout the entire process. Follow these simple steps to begin building your new home today!
1. Initial Consult
Set Up An Appointment
Contact us to meet with a member of our sales team who will walk you through all your options.
Determine Your Wants & Needs
Consider how many bedrooms or bathrooms and what are must have features for your home. Check out our INCLUDED FEATURES to find out what comes in each of our homes.
Choose Where to Live
Choose from a variety of lots in many different developments in Fargo, West Fargo & Moorhead.
Find the Home for You
Select the perfect floor plan that fits your needs and customize it to fit your family.
Establish a Budget
Determine what you can afford.
2. Make Your Purchase
Obtain Pre-Approval
Work with your lender to get a pre-approval letter and determine your loan type – and don’t worry, we carry the construction costs.
Finalize Your Plan
Our complimentary In-House Drafter will finalize your floor plan to make sure it is exactly the way you want it.
Sign the Contract
Your personal building consultant will walk you thru all the details of the contract.
Earnest Money
With earnest money down, we can start the next step of your adventure.

4. Prepare for Closing
Leading Up
Your personal building consultant will work with your lender and the title company to coordinate your Final Walk-Through and Closing times for the day of closing.
Final Touch-Ups
Our touch-up crew will clean your house top to bottom while our Project Managers make sure no small detail goes missed.
Final Walk-Through & Closing
Walk through the house with your building consultant and a project manager to go over warranty information and maintenance tips. Sign final paperwork and receive keys to your new home
5. Welcome Home
After the Close
After you close on your home, we are still here for you! If you have any issues, questions or concerns regarding your home, contact our Service Department.
Two Year Warranty
Approaching your 2 year anniversary, you can work with our Service Department to coordinate an appointment for our Service Project Manager to meet with you at your home.
Home Projects

6. Referrals & Loyalty Program
