YES – most contingent offers are accepted, especially contingent on the sale of current home. We would be happy to help you write up any offers containing contingencies to help answer and questions.
YES – we can finalize builds in the winter, but we need to ensure the foundation is dug and poured before end of October.
This depends on what type of purchase your customer is interested in. We have models that are completed and you can move in right away! We also have models at various stages of construction where you can move in anywhere between 30-90 days. But a typical fresh dig build takes 90 days to complete.
YES – we can build outside the FM area within a certain radius. Give us a call to discuss!
This depends on the contract, some contracts require a bit more earnest money, but the typical amount needed is $2,500. Contract price under $250,000 earnest money is $2,500 – contract price over $250,000 earnest money is $5,000
NO – that is where you come in! The more Jordahl Custom Homes you sell, the more listings we can offer to our partnered realtors.
YES. We are happy to either purchase the lot for your client OR build on a lot they already own!
YES – we can do this in a couple of ways. We can take one of our existing Jordahl floor plans and make changes that would create the dream home for your client. OR if a client has a specific floor plan that they love, we can work with our draftsman to draw up this plan for them!
YES – depending on what stage of construction we are at, you can make several changes/choose selections. OR if it is a completed model, there may be some additions we can do OR small tweaks if a client prefers.
YES – we would connect you with our partner company – Meridian Property Management to set the clients up with a short term rental.
